How do I pick-up my order instead of shipping?
Order Pickup is now available at both our store locations at Sherway Gardens and SquareOne Mall. You can conveniently place an order online through our website and select the option to "Pick-up" instead of shipping. Once your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the pick-up. For time-sensitive orders, give us a call at 905-232-3090(SquareOne) or 647-426-8566 (Sherway) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can create a rush order for you for same day pickup.
What size should I get for my child?

If the dress or suit doesn’t fit?

What are the Fabric Care Instructions for Tie & Tiara garments?
We recommend a gentle dry clean for longer usage of all outfits. We strongly advise against home washing for garments that cannot be separated by colors. To avoid color staining from dark to light parts of the garment, opt for a gentle dry clean.
Are there any color variations or design variations to consider while purchasing?
Yes, please note that the colors as they appear in photography on screen may slightly vary from what they look like on different textured fabrics; colors may also appear different based on your desktop, laptop or phone screen resolution. Additionally, dress pieces are hand-made and may often vary in minor details, colors, pearls, feathers, or embellishments.
Is express shipping available for online orders?
Yes, you can select express shipping for your order for an additional cost.
How soon can I expect my product once I place an online order?
Items in stock ship within 2 - 3 business days from our store locations in Ontario, Canada. From there, you will be able to track your order through a tracking code that will be sent to you via e-mail.
The dress/suit I am ordering online is for a special occasion - can you guarantee a delivery date?
We will make every effort to get your outfit to you on time, however, we do recommend ordering ahead to avoid any shipping/transit delays. As soon we ship the order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a delivery date estimate. If the dress or suit you are ordering is for a special occasion and is a rush order then please e-mail us at email@example.com so we can advise on the expected delivery date.
Will you ship outside of Canada?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is optional. However, we do recommend creating an account to view past orders, check the status of current orders, and to tracks shipments.

Can I pre-order an item if it is currently out of stock?
Yes, for out of stock items, we do accept pre-orders; you can pre-order through our website and we will e-mail you with the approximate shipping date.
Do you price match/adjust if the item I purchased goes on sale?
Yes, a one-time price adjustment will be provided on regular priced items within 2 days (48hours) of the original purchase date, if the item goes on sale during that time. The price difference between your purchase price and the sale price will be issued as a store credit.
